Converters produce a stable 24V DC supply
Two DC-DC converters that produce a stable 24V DC 1A supply where only an unregulated supply exists are compact, only using 22.5mm on the DIN rail.
Phoenix Contact has released two new DC-DC converters that produce a stable 24V DC 1A supply where only an unregulated supply exists. The two units have the same specification, but one has an input range of 10-32V DC and the other 36-75V DC. The 24V DC output is isolated from the input and is adjustable from 22.5 to 28.5V DC with a hardwired output signal and LED defining its status.
The converters are compact, only using 22.5mm on the DIN rail.
They are electronically protected against overloads and short circuits and have a wide temperature range of -25 to +70 deg C.
The converters have a V/I output characteristic curve and work with a Power Boost power reserve, which reliably starts loads even with high start-up currents.
Phoenix Contact is one of the world leaders in developing and manufacturing connectivity solutions and automation components.
