Circuit protection devices conform with EU specs
A wide range of competitively priced circuit protection devices and enclosures conform to all European specifications and standards for performance and reliability.
A wide range of competitively priced circuit protection devices and enclosures can now be supplied by CEE Power and Distribution . These are manufactured within the EU and conform to all European specifications and standards for performance and reliability. The range comprises residual current circuit breakers, including versions with overload protection (RCCB and RCBO), together with miniature circuit breakers (MCB's).
Mains switch isolators, with modular enclosures offering sealing ratings from IP40 up to IP56 weatherproof versions also available.
These are supplemented with relays, timers and modular devices etc, to provide installers and contractors with a wide diversity of products to suit most installation requirements.
Ideally suited for the production of specialised distribution boards, the products offer a high degree of ex-stock availability to meet the demands for newbuild projects.
Single module 1P + N RCBO and MCB units will also be available shortly for replacement and refurbishment requirements.
The products are based upon a standardised 18mm module width throughout, suitable for 50/60Hz supplies.
The RCCBs can be supplied in 2 and 4 pole versions with a standard 10KA rating at 230V AC.
Current ratings of 16 - 80A can be supplied at sensitivity levels from 30 - 500mA.
The RCBO units, which provide a higher level of touch voltage protection, are suitable for areas such as child playgroups, schools, hospitals and even for power supplies to portable appliances.
These cover current ratings from 6 - 40A, all with 30mA sensitivity.
The miniature circuit breakers are new generation products which feature new type rail mountings for easier replacement, together with larger and stronger terminals which are better protected against accidental touch contact.
They are capable of selective use across the range for 230/400V AC applications and direct current requirements up to 60Vdc maximum.
Tripping characteristics B, C and D are available on 1, 2, 3 or 4 pole units, with rated short circuit capacities of 6, 10 or 15kA depending upon current ratings which range from 1 to 63A.
Mains isolator switches are designed for robust, reliable operation with 1, 2, 3 and 4 pole versions rated from 16 - 100A and 230/400V operation.
They can be used for individual circuits, or built into distribution boxes.
A range of modular enclosures and adaptable boxes can also be supplied for this purpose.
