Screwless terminal blocks are UL, VDE approved

UL and VDE approved screwless terminal blocks can now be supplied boxed in 36-way bundles with 10 end plates enabling users to create banks of terminals to meet their custom requirements.

UL and VDE approved screwless terminal blocks from Camden Electronics can now be supplied boxed in 36-way bundles complete with 10 end plates enabling users to create banks of terminals to meet their custom requirements. Offering maximum convenience, Camden's CSTBV series boxed bundle is available in 5mm and 5.08mm pitch versions and users can simply divide the 36-way stacks into desired lengths, adding end-plates where required. For volume orders, Camden also offers a full customisation service, pre-assembling blocks to individual requirements from single-pole units, spacers and end-plates.

Moulded in grey UL94-V0 flame retardant PA66, the CSTBV terminal blocks feature guided pin alignment, anti-solder wicking and stainless steel springs.

Specifications include 0.3 to 1.5mm2 cable entry, rating of 12A/250V, dielectric strength =2.5kV/60s, insulation resistance 5M ohms and working temperature from -20 to +125 deg C (160 deg C for short periods).

The pin/terminal is 5u tinned phosphor bronze.
